Hi Grant,

That depends on whether you want support to go along with it. If you want us to give them support (tech support, documentation, upgrades), then they will need their own license key and account on EventEspresso.com. If you want to maintain your own EventEspresso.com account, and give your client the same access then you’ll need to purchase a second license and then just give them their own license key. Does that make sense?

Garth,

I do not want to keep the license, that will be theirs as well. I received an email back from support. They have to deactivate my account in order to transfer it. I provided them with the new accounts username/email, so hopefully I get a response again soon :)
