Hello,
We have a client (templedavid.org) that we have recently renewed the license for. We were wondering if it was possible to transfer their setup to a new account that they can manage. They have the following add-ons active on their website – which they would like to keep:
Recurring EventsMultiple Event Registration
If this is possible, let me know what you need me to provide you with. They have created an account with the username of TempleDavid under the email jbcohen11@gmail.com
Thanks!
Will the transfer replace the jmahood account? If so, you will lose access with the jmahood account. You will no longer be able to access the forums or files. If this is what you are wanting to do, let me know, and I will transfer everything to the new TempleDavid account.
Okay. This has been completed. You will need to copy the new license key from the TempleDavid account and enter it into your Event Espresso installation.
