Is there a transaction history for an attendee that shows all the actions taken for that person? I think not. It was a wonderful feature of Regonline that I will miss. It showed every action every taken: financial, email, etc.

If not for all users, is there a way to see it for at least loggen in members? I know that the WP User Integration plugin (http://staging.eventespresso.com/product/espresso-members/) allows users to see their event history. Does that also make a member’s history visible to the admin?

Thanks,
Daniel

Hi Daniel,

Currently the only way for an Admin to get that info is to use a plugin such as User Switching to change to the registered users account and look at their event list.

I have added the details of your posts to a feature request list for a reporting add on we are considering building after 3.2

OK. Too bad. To be clear, we’re not just talking about the user’s event history, but a record of everything done on that user’s account by the admin (sending them reminder emails, updating their info, updating their payments, etc). My client IETS has to perform a lot of edits on client accounts including group and multiple registrations and it gets confusing not knowing the history of she’s changed. Thanks for considering these type of features in a future update.

Hi there,

Since some of the information you’re requiring is outside the scope of what Event Espresso handles, you might consider hiring a WP plugin developer to build a plugin that tracks a user history.
