I have an event coming up that is in high demand, as in hundreds of people trying to register for 40 spots.
Lets say I have 33 people registered AND paid…and 10 more people registered but NOT yet paid. Will Event Espresso still allow people to continue registering even though the event is now over limit?
If 10 attendees have not paid, then more people can continue to register. If you trust that these 10 attendees will eventually pay, then you should mark them as pending. Or if you have not started registrations yet, and want non-paying attendees to count towards the total number of registered attendees. Then you can override the default payment status from within the event editor by setting the “Default Payment Status for Event” option to Pending.
