I’m having problems registering multiple people for an event. When I click on toggle, nothing happens. I’ve been reading the forums, but am still lost at what to do. There’s been a lot of mention with jquery not being compatible. How do I figure out what version I am running? I am using wordpress 3.4.2. When I look at the files for my theme, I see jquery 1.7.1 in the admin file, but when I scroll down I also see 1.5.1 and 1.4.2 in the Help folder. My website is savortonight.com, but right now have event espresso hidden . Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
Hi Katherine, The jQuery seemed ok, but there are numerous errors related to it that may be causing an issue. There are two images whose source file seems to be a local copy not one on your website – http://66.147.244.215/~savorton/ This seems to be causing the jquery to go a bit loopy when trying to find the file. I would fix that issue and see if it clears the problem up. If nothing it may allow the true issue to be seen.
I’m getting a 404 error when I click on that link.
Exactly. Thats the problem the javascript is having. It’s looking there for the file but receiving a 404 but it keeps on trying to find it and keeps on receiving the 404. The correct link is http://www.savortonight.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/natural_paper1-300×220.png It needs to be fixed either in the code or in whatever is generating the code for the background. This isnt part of Event Espresso but a general site issue. As mentioned Im hoping that when this is fixed it either resolves the toggle issue or reveals the issues behind it.
I deleted the background image that was there titled natural_paper. Was that the correct image?
You might want to check your themeroller settings under Event Espresso->template settings. Looks like it looking for a css file that it can’t find:
