The mobile device application is not showing the events under the today list, but it is listing them under the past events section. This really affects useability, even though I am aware that I can find the events with the search function. Also it shows the price paid in $ even though the currency used is €. I guess this could be due to the fact that the timezone setting on the server is different than the one set on the mobile device. I think you already addressed this issue saying that it might get fixed with the update of the ticket-add on, but the problem appears to still be unsolved in the latest version of the ticket-add on.

Hi Peter,

It sounds like your timezone settings may be off. Can you check to make sure that the timezone matches your mobile device’s time. This is in your WordPress dashboard under Settings > General > Timezone.

Hi Jonathan,

Thanks for your reply. I checked (again) but my timezone settings are fine. Any other ideas?

Hi Peter,
What version of the mobile app are you using? The Apple or Android version?

Hi Sidney,
I am using the latest version of the Android app.

I believe this is an issue with the older API and the older mobile apps, which I’m afraid is the only one we have for Android right now. It’s been fixed in the newer API which at this time only has mobile apps developed for iOS.
