How to filter past event and displaying only 6 past event per page based on the event available using pagination(wp-plugin: pagenavi)?
Using arrays i am able to filter past events but this filter only takes from the first page only(per page), not using all the events that are available on next pages.
So i am not able to retrieve all past event but i do require pagenavi plugin for pagination.

Yes i want to display past events on a custom page(such as event archive) using pagenavi plugin. This plugin allowing me to select only past event that are available in one page not on the other pages too after filtered out the upcoming events.
This will show all events including expired ones, and it will show 5 per page and add in a pagination system.
There is currently no way to exclude active events.
