Hello. I’m using EE to administer events in multiple time zones. These are separate events. Say, for example, one show Dec 8 7pm in Los Angeles, one show Dec 10 5pm in Minneapolis. How do I make sure the events reflect this?
On some screens, I saw notes for setting up locales. Perhaps that might be where I do this?
However, I am told I don’t have the permission to set up locales. That is odd, because I am the master admin.
So:
How do I set timezones for different shows at different times in different timezones?
How do I get access to “locales”?
If you go to Event Espresso > General Settings, under the Advanced ´Features is an option to “Use a custom time zone for each event?” set it to yes.
Regarding locales. This is more for helping with staff management, but it is available when you have the Roles and Permissions Pro activated (this add on needs Roles and Permissions Basic active as well).
