| March 15, 2013 at 10:32 am Hi, I want to create a new ticket. Reading the documentation there is nothing! Than I found this article. There is a talk about wp-content/uploads/espresso/tickets directory. This is not there on my server. ot created. When I take a look in plugin “espresso-ticketing/templates” I see the index.php file that is responible for the template ticket. What to do now? It would be a good idea to put some explaining in the documentation! Cheers Marco |

| March 15, 2013 at 4:16 pm Hi Marco, The documentation here explains that you should copy the entire templates directory from the wp-content/plugins/espresso-ticketing directory to the wp-content/uploads/espresso/tickets directory. If you haven’t done this previously, here won’t be a tickets directory in wp-content/uploads/espresso/. You will need to create it and place the templates directory in there. |
