I’m currently running an event. People who has registered a long time ago (3 months) are not appearing on the attendee list. However when i export the attenddee list, they appear to be on it. Should I be concerned if i am using the ‘Ticketing app’ will their tickets be valid?

Please respond asap!. This event in with in the next few days.

Hello,

What happens if you click on the retrieve more button:

http://cl.ly/image/2e0Q1e282K2b

Do you see these registrants at the end of the page?

Lorenzo

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

If so, please send them via http://staging.eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level and FTP details are appreciated.

ive sent it in. Search names such as Jessica and you will find its not on the event’s attendee website but on the excel file.

Hi Nicole,

I checked the event ‘Australia Finance Conference’ with an ID of 2, searched for ‘Jessica’ within the Attendee list and found 2 records. Is that not correct? http://take.ms/ACVID

Hi Nicole,

You will need to do a retrieve all first, and then use the live filter, or scroll through the results.
