I noticed that as soon as an attendee registers the ticket software issues a ticket for the attendee before the payment. It can cause lots of confusion for clients as well as us. Is there a way to fix this issue?
Thanks

Is the ticket link shortcode in the registration confirmation email? If so, is this email set to be sent out before payment?

You could set this email to be sent out after payment, or include the ticket in the payment confirmation email only.

I followed up with you on your other post about the question marks. Make sure you have the version latest version of Event Espresso installed (currently 3.1.24.P.3)

Try re-saving the email settings, and ensure that it gets saved to send the emails after payment. Then run a test registration.
