Hi,

Is the child attendee registered in the system? Is their email valid?

Hi,

Can you provide a link to the event where this occurs please? Do you know if this is via a normal registration or being added to cart?

Well nothing looks out of place, I couldn’t complete the order of course so I didn’t receive any emails.

Have you tried a test event using test payment credentials to confirm from your end that the emails are not functioning?

I can see your registration. Let me manually confirm payment and you will only receive one ticket ..

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

If so, please send them via http://staging.eventespresso.com/send-login-details/

NOTE: login details need to be Admin level.

I will send it now. The system is live and the first show is today. Play safe :-)

I can recommend updating to the latest version of Event Espresso in this case. There were a few tweaks that were made to the way the emails get sent out in .34 and that may help in this case.
