Hi When I try and ‘upload logo’ to a Ticket Template, the logo does not show up. It uploads to the Media Library fine but will not show within the Ticketing system and just lease a ‘blue ? box’. Is there a a way around this so that I can simply add the image code into the base Ticket Template?

Hi I have followed this Post to customise the template but the new template does not show up in the ‘Select a Template’ drop-down menu, just the standard index.php. I created one called ‘custom.php’

Hi Francis,

Take a look at this documentation http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/how-to-create-a-custom-ticket/

When I try and ‘upload logo’ to a Ticket Template, the logo does not show up.

Have you made sure to click the Insert into post link in the uploads box that appears?

Hi Yes I clicked ‘Insert Into Post’ but the issue was the same.
I have looked at your link which is what I followed previously and my new template is at: wp-content/uploads/espresso/tickets/templates/custom.php; but in the Ticket Templates when I click ‘Add New’ there is only the single template option for the default ‘index.php’. I logged off and then on again incase the change was not being registered but still nothing.
Any ideas please?!

Does wp-content/uploads/espresso/tickets/templates/ contain a blank index.php file as well as your modified template?

no just the ‘custom.php’ file

You need to add a blank index.php file there or it wont recognise the folder as valid.
