Thanks for the feedback. We’ll see what we can do. Can you clarify #2 a little more? What information are you trying to audit/check, just the date and time? Where in Event Espresso would you like to see that information?

it would be good if you could see when the check in occurred – a roll over on the admin page or a field with the information, maybe? Even better/additional, also add something to the app ‘ Declined – this person was check in at….’ although I can see that being a little more work and the basic info needed on the back end!
In a live situation, sadly, the basic word of an entry operator is not always accepted. If there was a way of saying to an agrieved client ‘you cannot come in as your ticket has already been used at…’, this would be helpful. In some, more extreme cases, attaching that to physical evidence (e.g. video monitoring) could be even better!!!
