Hi guys,

I’m currently working on my event espresso setup, for some reason the ticketing tab does not show in the admin menu.

The plugin (Version 2.0.6-beta) as been successfully installed and the “ticket” box appears in my Add event page.

Current event espresso version :3.1.26.P

Thanks !

Sounds like you have the Roles and Permissions addon installed. You will need to set up the R&P addon to show the ticketing addon menu or deactivate the R&P addon if you are not really using it or know how it functions.

Hi Selth,

I deactivated the R&P plugin and it work.
It’s good for now, I’ll go trough the R&P docs later.

Thanks a million ;)

Seth,
I’m having the same issue with Tickets not display in the menu bar. I’ve check the R&P settings and the tickets are set to administrator which should work but I still don’t see the Tickets menu. I need to use both the R&P add-on and the Tickets add-on so turning the R&P off isn’t really an option. Any suggestions?

I think this was fixed in the latest version of the plugin. What version are you running?

I fixed it.

Here’s what I did: The permissions for ticket templates where set to Administrator. I changed them to Event Admin and then back to Administrator. Now the menu option for tickets shows up.
