| February 12, 2013 at 12:41 pm I’ve got the user plug in set up. New users/members can register, but they are not getting the password email. I can go into Settings>Users and see them, but have to “reset” their password to make it work…please tell me this isn’t how we have handle new member signup. |

It’s a core WordPress feature that may need configuration, so that’s not something we support.
