Hi

This is our first time using event expresso. Our first event has over 250 people booked in, but the ticketing app is only picking up 83…why, and how can we fix this?

Thanks

KTB

On WordPress 3.5.1

I’ve just updated all the Event expresso plugins to their latest versions.

Have downloaded the ticketing app today, so that will be up to date.

Hi Kevin,

Is this the HD app? If so, you can go into the iOS Device settings and scroll down to where you see individual (you’l scroll past the Apple developed apps) app settings. There you can tap Event Espresso and tap Attendees. Under Attendees you can set it to 500 or more if you’d prefer.

thanks Josh – that’s worked. Don’t know if that’s in the documentation anywhere, but if it is I couldn’t see it.

Appreciate the help.

KTB

You’re welcome.

It wasn’t in the documentation, but I added a note about the settings since it really should be mentioned there.
