1) Created this new ticket template for a 2-day event but when I hit the “download PDF”, it gives an error. Doesn’t happen to the default template. http://wealthmentors.com/?ticket_launch=true&id=239&r_id=48-50a3739dd02f5&html=true 2) I can’t put new shortcodes in the new ticket template. It seems that shortcodes need to be inserted in index.php file and will affect ALL ticket templates. Is that true? 3) The reason for (2) above is because I like to put start_date, end_date, start_time, end_time for the new ticket template. We runs a lot of 1-day event, and we happen to have a special 2-day event which requires a new ticket template. This is how the 1-day ticket look like: It makes sense when you see the 2-day event ticket in bullet no. 1. But the 1-day event ticket looks weird with the same dates repeated twice.
Managed to resolve some questions. You need to answer bullet no. 1 only. Many thanks.
I am bumping this as my question may have been missed. Looking forward to your reply to question 1.
Any news? | |
I’m sorry for the delay, we have a high volume of support tickets right now. So to clarify, when you download the PDF of the standard ticket, there are no errors? If so, this would indicate that something in the modified template may be contributing to the error. What you could do is work backwards through the changes to narrow down the template code that is causing this.
