I purchased Event Espress with the ticketing add on however no where do I see a place to actually create a ticket. The dropdown menu for “custom ticket” is empty and the dashbord does not show ticket settings like the knowledgebase article.
Which version numbers of Event Espresso and the the ticketing are active right now? The ticketing add-on requires Event Espresso 3.1.24 or higher.
If you have the roles and permissions add-on installed, go to the roles and permissions editor and edit the level of access required to access the ticket template menu item:
Hey Josh I too seem to be missing the Ticketing setting as well from my dashboard. I currently have Event Espresso 3.1.20 and WP 3.4.1 installed. Are you able to assist me with this problem please.
Sorry for posting twice about the same issue you have provided me with the all the answer that I need in a previous post..thanks again and apologies for the double posting.
If you are an administrator and the permissions are set to administrator, the ticket options doesn’t seem to show up at first. As an administrator, I have to set it to the event admin, to see the link, but I don’t have permissions to see the settings page. If I set it to admin, I do not see the link, but I can copy and past the link to the settings page and then view it… once I do that the ticket settings link appears and seems to stay around. At least this is what seemed to be happening to me on initial setup.
