So we tested an event tonight for 6pm and everything worked fine till 6pm but then the event went away on the Androids and iPhones?

I adjusted the event time and it came back and worked again??

Is this a setting or do we just have to work around like this?

Hi Bob,

Did you tap on the “Today” tab to pull up the event?

Yes Today works on the iPhone but there is no “today” button on the Android.

Set the date to yesterday and now I can see the past events???

FYI: We did update to the latest Android version from yesterday.

I’ll watch this tomorrow… thanks

Hi Bob,

The Android app has a Data tab where you can select a date and it will show all events on the date you select and after.

Set the date to yesterday and now I can see the past events???

I’m unsure what you mean by that. When I set the app’s set date to yesterday it returns a list of events starting from yesterday and on into the future.

I have also tried testing what happens when it comes time for an event to start while using the scanner and the tickets still allow for scanning. Maybe I’m missing something. Can you let me know what the start date, end date, start time, and end times for this event are set to? Also, what is the WP timezone set to, and is it set to use a timezone of a city near you or is it set to a UTC timezone?
