The ‘download ticket’ link is not working, for us or for attendees. We get the following fatal error:

Call to undefined function imagecreatefrompng() in /home/mneray/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/tpc/dompdf/lib/class.pdf.php on line 4258

EE version: 3.1.34.1.P
Ticketing version: 2.0.10.2.p
WP version: WP 3.6
PHP version: 5.4.17

We’ve tried uploading a new version of dompdf to the tpc folder – doesn’t work, we get the same error. We updated EE to 3.1.34.1.P today from 3.1.34.P after getting this error, and it still occurs.

If I choose ‘print ticket’ and then ‘save as PDF’, it works fine.

Help! We’ve got tickets selling now in 5 cities, and people need to be able to get their tickets!

Hi Michel,

imagecreatefrompng is actually a PHP function included with the GD library.

http://www.php.net/manual/en/intro.image.php

What you will need to do is contact the server’s administrator and ask them to install or enable the GD library:

Thanks Josh – that’s what the problem was. GD was supposed to have been installed on our server, but wasn’t.
