Ticket Options no longer displaying on event page

Hi there,
When testing an event page earlier last week, it was looking great, and now that tickets should be on sale (set for yesterday morning, April 7th @ 8:00a EST), they don’t show up for me under Ticket Options – http://mercy-cme.com/events/robotics2014/

I don’t see them in either Chrome or Firefox and need to make sure it’s functional before diving into the design/layout.

We have WordPress 3.8.1 and EE4 with no installed add-on(s).

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I don’t see any obvious hiccups with the code and no relevant posts in the forum =/

Hi,

Have the files been modified in some way? The Register now button is linking to a PDF file, which is not standard behaviour.

Hi Dean,
That’s the alternate signup. I forget where that was entered (would have to look for it in the morning), but I recall it being an option when setting up the individual event. The only thing that’s been edited in the code is getting the venue website URL to display on the event page; otherwise, there shouldn’t be any edits to the code.

Hi Jayme,

If the alternate registration page is enabled, then the ticket selector will be disabled in favor of that alternate registration URL.

That option is in the Event Editor towards the right side of the screen:

You can add a link to the PDF within the event description and then remove the URL for the option above and save changes.
