Hi I have just purchased this plugin and I have some questions. My Url is http://jmelive.net/dev/ and I have installed Event Espresso v3.1.34.1.P

1) I need to be able to manage ticket quantities for multiple ticket types for one event. Were having a show with different seat types available for purchase with different quantities of each type. The system should calculate inventory and when a ticket type sells out, it should no longer appear available.
2) User should be able to specify quantity of tickets to purchase per each type and then add them all to cart.
Thanks !!

Hi Tzvi,

In order to do this, you will need the Multiple Event Registration add-on. The core functionality of Event Espresso does not allow for setting limits per ticket type. You can add different ticket types and prices, but not set limits per ticket type.

How do I suggest this as a feature of future releases? I think it is important. While the venue may hold 200 persons and we may plan to sell that number of tickets, we don’t want to sell that number of table displays or member presentations.

I believe this is already a feature that is planned in the next major release, EE 4.X. You may be able to do something similar with 3.1 if you make each ticket type it’s own event, and use categories and MER to group them and control the display.
