Hi, great plugin so far. I am a bit confused about how the ticketing is supposed to work. Currently, when a user registers for an event, they automatically have access to the ticket in their My Events area. The confirmation email sent as well has the ticket available for a download… before they have even paid for it! I would love a hand with where this setting is and how to change it so that tickets are hidden until paid for. Thanks, Bodhi
You can remove the ticket shortcode link from the confirmation email, add the ticket link shortcode to the payment notification email, or set the confirmation email not to be set until payment is made.
The My Events area does not have a setting to hide the ticket links if payment is not made, but the if they try to redeem the ticket without making payment, the ticket scan will fail and notify the scanner that the registration was not paid for.
