I have a problem with the new introduced ThemeRoller feature :-/
The ThemeRoller CSS is destroying the look of a Slideshow, we have on the frontpage (See http://www.elbe-erlebnistoerns.de/ ). I use the ThemeRoller Style “start” and the theme “magazine premium”. Normally, there would be round corners, no ugly light green frame around the active slide and so on…
Is there a way to use the ThemeRoller Style only on Event Espresso Elements, so it wont affect anything else? Or do you have any other idea for a solution?
You could either change the theme styles or the themeroller styles to target these elements at a greater level of specificity. It looks like it’s the .ui-state-active class is where both the theme and the themeroller are clashing. You could use the home page body class to add more specificity to the style rules that are supposed to declare to styles for the home page elements.
i solved the problem by commenting out the ui-state part of the ThemeRoller-CSS and using .event_title.ui-widget-header to specify the widget header only for the event titles ;)
Does EE use the ui-state classes in the future version?
I thought about this know a little bit, but i think the uber-class of event espresso is “event-display-boxes” right?
So if one adds this as a dependency to all themeroller-styles, it would force the themeroller-css to only work on event espresso parts of the site, right?
EDIT: Okay, that thought was false…Found it out myself…
