Hi I am using the themeroller “flick” style and when I test registered myself to make sure everyone was working ok, I got to the Payment Overview and Payment Options area, and under the “Please Choose A Payment Option” area, the button to click to pay using PayPal is missing, and I get the blue question mark and the grey box with upper right arrow denoting that the link leads to an external site, but no PayPal button inside. Previously, I didn’t use the themeroller styles, and it always showed the PayPal button.

Please help me get this button back. People will be coming to register this week, and I don’t want them to miss the payment method to complete their payment.

Thanks.

Hi,

The themeroller style should have no bearing on the image.

Can you provide a link to the registration page please?

Also have you checked to see if you have any gateway files in the uploads/espresso directory? Old files here may cause an issue.

I checked the paypal settings and the image url path was set to old folder, which I had appended with the version number, instead of the url: wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/gateways/paypal/btn_stdCheckout2.gif

I had used: wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-Vnumber/gateways/paypal/btn_stdCheckout2.gif

But have since upgraded and went back to “event-espresso” as the folder name for the plugin

Once i changed it back now it shows up no problem. Sorry for the trouble.

Cheers
