The Request Failed to Pass Security Check

When attempting to delete an individual entry from our database at the administrator level we are getting the following error:

“An Error Occurred. The request failed to pass a security check.”

We are using Version 3.1.28.5.P and version 3.4.2 of WordPress.

Can you try logging out and the logging back in as the admin?

Thank you for the quick response. I logged out and logged back in and I was able to delete customer entries from the database. Thanks for your help.

That was a simple but, weird solution!
