Hi,

I have purchased a Personal Licence on 4th September and also got the confimation email, still on my account page it says my licence key is not active and I can’t download the plugin. Please let me know what should I do to get the download. Thanks in advance.

Hello Laszlo,

The account key will remain “not active” until you add it into the general settings of Event Espresso on your site.

The downloads are in your account page and they seem to work fine. Is there an error message? Have you tried to use an alternative browser?
