Is there any way to remove or comment out the payment info (Please choose a payment option) on the Thank You page? It is very confusing to get to the final page and then have more payment options show up still. If they have already paid or indicated Check (we use just Paypal and Check) why does it show again?
When an attendee chooses ‘Check’ as their payment option, they are marked as ‘pending’.
So if you have Event Espresso -> General Settings. ‘Show payment options for “Pending Payments” on the Payment Overview page?’ set to ‘Yes’ they will be shown other payment options. Change this to ‘No’ and update the settings to remove the payment options.
When a user Pays with Paypal however, the extra payment options should not display.
