Thank You Page Shows Incorrect PayPal address

When a payment is made via PayPal, the thank you page shows:

Paid to
The Winnetka Club
winnetkawomansclub@sbcglobal.net
8474461830

The email address stated above is incorrect. We have checked the PayPal account for the organization and it has the correct email address. Any ideas for why the wrong address is showing?

Hi Kathleen,

There isn’t a “Paid to” section of the payment overview where it would display this info at all. Can you take a screenshot and post here so we can investigate further?

I just recreated it and realized it’s a PayPal screen – I will fiddle with PayPal to see if I can adjust on the PayPal side. Thanks and sorry for the misinformation. :-)
