Temp Development Site to Live Domain

I’m having issues over switching domains from development to live site (inpresence.in). I’ve already deactivated and deleted the plug-in from the previous working server. Is it possible to reset the license key without paying a fee? The development site has only been up for the last few days.

The license key has been set to ‘reset pending’ since last night. Is there any reason that it’s taking unusually longer to have the reset request to go through? I understand first-time resets don’t require a charge.

Hi Alan,

I have reset your licence key. Please delete the one in their currently, save and then add the new one (see your account details) and save it again.

That should sort it.
