Table Display showing time in military format

Hello. Working with WP 3.5 and EE 3.1.29 1. The event start times are displaying in military time, but we need them to be in 12-hour format. I’ve tried wrapping the enter image description hereand my Wp time setting are correct per instruction in the EE forums: enter image description here What am I missing to make this time format correctly? Thanks.
