Hello, we are using EE to develop a new website, but unfortunately we were forced to find a new web developer half way through the project. We have full access to our development site, but the EE license keys belong to our ex web developer. If we purchase EE ourselves, will we be able to switch license keys on our current plugin installations without reinstalling them? I don’t want to lose the settings and customizations we’ve made, but we need to take control of the licenses because currently we don’t have any access to documentation or support. Any suggestions or info is appreciated, thanks.
Hi Benny, contact our sales using the contact link in the footer of our website. We’ll try to arrange something for you.
You can reference or copy and paste your first comment in the form field so we understand the situations, but also include the contact/purchase information from your developer.
