On the roster for our classes, some students have a red exclamation point next to their name. Is there a way to tell how they payed (credit, paypal, groupon).?Does that red mark mean they did not pay, if they did how can we check where the payment is going?
I tested our site out for registering for a class. It let me sign up using a credit card and it went through no problem and it said I was confirmed. When I go to Event Overview to check it out, my name has the red exclamation point by it and does not count me on the class roster.?I believe it does the same for paypal.?What can the problem be?
Is PayPal necessary to have?? What is the difference between PayPal IPN and PayPal Payment Pro? ?If PayPal Payment pro is deactivated will it affect the paypal IPN?
Email confirmations are not being sent to everyone who is signing up for a class. How do I make sure it is sent each and every time?
Classes on the website are also not showing up on event overview. tabs are all correct, for example it is filtered for “select month/year”, “show all categories”, and “all active/inactive” and it is at retrieve ALL and show 100. People are registering for a class that we cannot see on event espresso, we need to make sure they are being charged and be able to see it on EE so we can manage it.
I believe Tony is helping you out with a support token, correct?
