Hello in new events, when I choose create a post from event (Post type)
The subscription link inside the generated post shows this in the url “http://mywebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=events&action=add_new_event&ee=5” It takes me to the Admin backend, even when loged out. I don’t know if I am doing something wrong…

Thank you in advance for your help.

Thi problem occurs only when the default registration page ( the one with the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode is missing.

Can you please send us a link to the page on the fron-end of your website where this is happening?

Hi! I figured out why I Had this issue and how to fix it, so good reading.

When Setting up EVENT ESPRESSO for the first time you should indicate in general settings > page settings your main registration page that should contain the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode.

In my case after setting everything correctly, I deleted my main registration page and forgot to set up the new registration page in The EVENT ESPRESSO general settings > page settings.

So, every time I created a new event with an automatic post, the register link inside the post pointed to the create event page in the wordpress backend ( http://mywebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=events&action=add_new_event&ee=5&#8243 ).

The fix is to go in the general settings > page settings > and replace in The main registration page option, Main page by your registration page with the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode inside.
