I am working on a clients website. They previously had installed Event Espresso 3.1.15.

On the left they have a section titled “Destinations” and under it is “Destinations Overview” and “General Settings”. There is no sub link, or anything for payments.

I am simply lost and not sure of the next step.

Hi,

If possible, please log into the licence holders account or ask them to post a question to support.

Event Espresso doe not have a menu entitled Destinations. The Event Espresso premium menu should look similar to this http://d.pr/i/GcEp

I found the problem. The client has some custom menu override plugin installed, and so all the sub links of “Events Espresso” are hidden for some reason..and the name was changed to “Destinations”. I am not sure of the reason at this time.

OK, well that is definitely our General Settings page. Thats very odd, obviously a customisation gone wrong. I’m glad you found the culprit!
