I just upgraded to 3.1.34 and now when I add an event to cart and then try to view cart is goes to a 404 error page. Any thoughts? All i did was upgrade.

Hi there,

What is the URL to the page that is set to be the Main registration page? Is it a published page? One thing you can try is go to WP>Settings>Permalinks and save the permalink settings to fix the 404 issue if the page is published but is 404ing.

Yes the page is published. I tried resetting the permalinks before I submitted the post and that didnt help.

https://sportsmetrics.org/certification/event-registration/ is the page for registration and http://sportsmetrics.org/~sportsmetrics/~sportsmetrics/certification/event-registration/?regevent_action=show_shopping_cart is what happens when you try to add it to cart or view cart…I dont know why the url is adding extra information.

It looks like it might be an issue with the https: redirect. Do you notice how it drops the s in https and becomes http when you go to the cart?

A quick way to test this out would be to set the main registration page to not be forced as https and see if that fixes. If it does, then it may be a setting with the https plugin that needs to be changed. What is the plugin that’s being used for HTTPS redirects?
