Been back and forth with you guys regarding this issue since last week. Summary: 1) requested help with problem updating ev.es. plugin despite having active license key Now it’s showing once again error messages for plugin updates despite having the correct license key. Messages on my dashboard:

Hi Zach, It turns out that your account does not have access to the Multi Event Registration and Recurring Events add-ons. These two add-ons are included with the Business license or can be purchased separately. | |
Josh, Thank you for the update. We have recurring events functionality previously however. Is this recurring add-on something different? | |
It’s one and the same. Perhaps you previously had a business license package earlier? Or the other add-ons were downloaded from another account? | |
