I’m not getting clients receiving auto-emails to advise of a status change from “not approved” to say “payment pending”.

Am i missing a setting somewhere ?

Hi Mike,

If you click into the attendee you will see this http://take.ms/mSj8U so you need to tick the Send Related Message box and then click the status you wish to change them to.

I see that this is not working for bulk changes or via the overview. I will refer this to a developer, thanks for bringing it to our attention!
