Would it be possible to add a search function to the Event Staff / Speakers metabox on the Add/Edit event page? I currently have 100 instructors. Their names are formatted as “last name, first name”, but this isn’t very helpful here as they are sorted by staff id. It would be nice to have the ability to filter large numbers of staff, and to be able to order them by name.

Right now we are focusing our attention on the next version of event espresso, but your idea is a good one and I will certainly add it to our feature request list.
