I just updated to the new version of EE and my clients are no longer being directed to paypal for payment. When I go to Payment Settings, I do not see an option for Paypal Settings, only for Paypal Payments Pro Settings. How can I get it linked to our standard Paypal account again? Thanks.

I have never come across this before.

Is it possible to get your login details in order to look into this?

If so, please send them via http://staging.eventespresso.com/contact/

Choose the “I am sending login info as requested” option and fill out the form

Sounds like the payment gateways have been moved to the uploads/espresso directory for some reason.

We would need FTP login credentials to see if what Seth is referring to is the case. My first recommendation would be to just take a look at your /wp-content/uploads/espresso/gateways directory — if there is anything in that folder, delete it. Then see if you still have all your gateways.

I agree it is likely to be that, I couldnt see anything on site that would cause the issue, please check those folders or provide FTP access.

Thanks.

Hi Pat,

Just checking in. Did you manage to get this resolved or is the issue still outstanding?
