Hi. I have just installed the EE4 on a new Danish website, but have a problem with the invoice form. We do not have any State in Denmark. The State and the country dropdown keeps Canada and United States, and it is required. So my customers have to select a State and a Contry who is not Denmark. Even if I have selected country in the settings. Is this still a problem in the EE3, if not I will install the EE3 version. Regards Line
Line, you can go to WordPress admin –> Event Espresso –> General Settings –> Countries. Then select United States in the country dropdown and change the option for Country dropdown list to No and scroll down to the bottom of the page and save changes: http://cl.ly/image/022r1w3H2Q3f You would then want to repeat this process for Canada. Again, be sure to save changes. —
Lorenzo, I do not have the option to tjek NO. Regards Line
Hi Line, On your earlier post, you mentioned that you were using Event Espresso 4 so I shared steps for removing USA & Canada from the dropdown list. Have you since switched to version 3 of Event Espresso? —
Hi Lorenzo. Yes I switched… but now I switched bak to EE4 to solve the problem… Thank you for helping me. Regards Line
Thanks for the update. There is a newer file that is available for Event Espresso 4 here: http://staging.eventespresso.com/glotpress/projects/event-espresso-4/da/event-espresso-da_DK It is still in progress. —
