Sort Event List by Category and Venue

I need to sort the event list by category and venue. If I understand correctly, that is currently not possible with Event Espresso. In searching the forums, I saw a post by Leland Zaremba where she says that she developed a “flexible category sorting/filtering event list template and event filtering calendar addon.” Is there a way that I could contact her? I really could use such an addon. Otherwise, is there a way to find custom developers for Event Espresso? Since my needs are very straightforward (ability to display an event list filtered by category and venue), I was hoping to avoid having to pay $195 for a custom development review.
