I have had issues accessing this site and upgrading my install.

Obviously, site access seems resolved, but I am still getting update errors – “Download failed. couldn’t connect to host”

Is it just me?

Sorry about the site issues, we had some problems our end.

I havent seen any download issues, what file are you trying to download?

I was trying to upgrade via WP panel.

That has also now resolved itself.
