Site-wide license key reset

The plugin page keeps giving me this error “There is a new version of Event Espresso available. View What’s New with version 3.1.30.2.P. You need a valid Site License Key to enable automatic upgrades. Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”

It wont let me automatically update the plugin.

Likewise – I just renewed my license, and it’s saying my sitekey is invalid.

I have the same problem as thoang. In my case the site is in a sub-folder of a subdomain and I guess that might cause a problem. But the registration here is an exact match like this wp.example.com/wp

@thoang and @bob janes – licence keys have been reset


@jdavis – your key has not been activated, have you added it to the General Settings page? Have you made sure there are no spaces before or after the key number?
