Hi – we’re having the same problem as here: http://staging.eventespresso.com/topic/site-license-key-for-upgrade/

We get the error message: “You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”

But our license should be fine, and installed on the right domain. Have tried clearing license key and then adding back in. If I request a reset of the license key it seems to want to charge me.

Please help!

Many thanks

Hello,

I have reset your license key. Please remove the key from the field in your setting, save, then reenter the key and save again.

Note: Due to the issues related to the 3.1.28 update, we’ve pulled that version down and restored 3.1.27.1 as the current version. We will release a hotfix update as soon as possible.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

I am seeing the same message:
“You have the correct Site License Key for Espresso Ticketing but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”
I have not made any changes. Please advise.
