I got license for my site called doltonehouse.com.au/melbournecup i want to change to my other website because the features what we are using is less and interested to utilize on our other site. What is the process to changing the license key to our other site?
You can remove the license key from the original site by going to Event Espresso>General settings, then remove the key in the key field and save. There should be a blank field after you save.
Then you can request a reset and we’ll reset the key. After it’s been reset, you can copy and paste the key into the key field for the new site.
I did remove the license key from my existing site and then in accounts i click the green button to reset or reassign the new key which i can use on new site. I paid $10 but i am not sure when i click on checkout button the message comes up in yellow ” you request for new key etc.” not the confirmation that you payment is approved and in process or any email, i repeat twice the same action but was the same. Please can you confirm what is the status and hope don’t charge me twice.
If you’d like to check with the sales team on whether you were charged once or twice, you can reach them here.
