Site License Key not allowing auto-update

    So… this is now the 4th or 5th time this has occurred this time on a different license key than before but one that was FINE 3 weeks ago when the problem existing in another site.

    I have a 5 user license key subscription. The key for my website wdaco.org is NOW not allowing Auto Update of the plugin to proceed. Have the infamous error message…

    You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

    All my additional ADD-ONS are ALL at the most current version… which what you claimed was the problem the last time.

    So please tell me what to do? I can make you a LOGIN if you like, or I can reset the License Key if you feel that will help.

    But honestly…. I have been encountering this error so many times over the last few months that I am about done with this. I have spent countless hours of my unpaid valuable time trying to fix issues with your software, only to encounter the same issue over and over again.

    What is wrong with my Developer Edition License Subscription????

      Hi Deirdre,

      Please request a license key reset for each of the sites you’re having trouble with via your account page and we’ll reset them.
