Hello,
I saw this topic on the forum but it was closed so I had to re-open it. Apologize if I have created an issue.
I am re-using a site (I renew the license already) and I have this message: “You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

Can you reset it please

You license key has been reset.

Please remove the key, save the settings. Replace the key and resave the settings once more.

Thank you for reseting the license.
I follow your instructions and I had some errors:
* Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare(), called in /home/content/92/8137092/html/………
(didn’t save it all)

I checked my license in my account in Event Espresso and it was still non active.

I removed the key in wordpress and re-resaved. I shouldn’t have to, now I am probably back to step one and I have the same verbiage.

I need some help also to fix the error I had before.
my site is doc-events.com/rhs2
can send user/admin.

It can take up to 24 hours for the plugin to recheck against the server. If you want to speed up the process, you can delete the option ‘external_updates-event-espresso’ from the wp_options table.
