I need to transfer my site key from a test site to the production site. I deleted the key from the test site EE page, saved the change, then pasted it into the production site page and saved the change. Then I went to EE account page and requested a site key transfer. So far the change doesn’t seem to have happened. Is there anything more I need to do? I didn’t go to the payment page after submitting the request because the instructions said not to if making the change for test-to-production.

Thanks.

Hello,

I have reset your license key. Please remove the key from the field in your settings, save, then reenter the key and save again.
